IWF 2022 Wellness Retreat

Health & Safety

IWF is committed to the highest level of COVID compliance and to your health and safety while you participate at the Wellness Retreat. We are requiring that all participants, both IWF Members and their guests, be fully vaccinated from COVID-19 with a vaccine approved by the World Health Organization prior to registering.

We also require that all attendees take a PCR (not antigen) test within 72 hours of arrival on-site and upload proof of the negative test before checking in. We are using SafeSpaces technology to track verification of vaccine records. To begin your registration process, please click here.

Important update! As of January 27, all attendees will be required to wear masks of either N95, KN95, or KN94 quality, or 2 medical masks double-layered. Cloth masks will not be permitted. Masks should be worn at all times unless actively eating or drinking.  We will provide KN95 masks for attendees, but we encourage you to bring your own if you have a preferred style.

All Broadmoor staff will wear masks while in the IWF meeting spaces and the Broadmoor housekeeping staff will wear masks during housekeeping services in the IWF room block.

IWF has partnered with a COVID-Compliance company and will have COVID Compliance Officers on-site to assist with the meeting safely.

The Broadmoor property is Forbes Health Security Verified, an Ecolab Science Certified Resort and the recipient of a AAA’s 2021 Best of Housekeeping Award. You can learn more about the Broadmoor’s health and safety practices here
